About Henrik Hall, Inc.

Henrik Hall, Inc., was formed in 2002 as a vehicle for its founder, Mr. Henrik Hall, to share his expertise in the European security hardware business with developing US markets. Mr. Hall is the former CEO of ASSA, Inc.; Arrow, Inc.; and Abloy Construction, Inc., and has been many years in the business of developing and distributing secure door hardware. His earlier responsibilities in Europe included CEO of Dorma Scandinavia and VP of Sales and Marketing with a/s Ruko and Assa Abloy.

Mr. Hall took on the oversight of the d line™ product lines in North, South, and Central America in 2002, which then represented a very small portion of sales for the manufacturer, d line™ international as of Denmark. Today, this market is one of the top 10 in d line™ sales.

Mr. Hall feels that the time is right for the introduction of Meinertz to the US, because the market values of efficiency and design are rising.
